The final meeting in the series of Development Plan public meetings took
place on Wednesday, August 1st in the
Scout Hall, Graiguenamanagh. This was the seventh, and last, meeting to
be held as part of this stage of the process and focused on the topic of
Renewable Energy.
Caitriona Reilly, Executive Planner gave a short presentation on the topic
of the Development Plan. Declan Keogh from the Carlow-Kilkenny Energy
Agency gave a presentation on Renewable Energy.

Please note that the closing date for submissions for the pre-draft phase
of this process is the 24th August. If you would like to make a submission

their opinion to this first part of the process before this initial closing

two year development plan process moves along. Any contributions made after
24th August will be considered during subsequent phases of the process, the
site remains fully open for comments and feedback throughout the entire
process.
